No need to apologize. The next time I'm in Taiwan, should I find myself in the Yonghe area, I'd like to stop by for a meal.
Just last week I was at Frankie's bar with my friend, I suppose based on the address you posted, The Hammer must be somewhere close by. For some reason I have missed to spot it.
Just walk back to 永和路. Turn right into the alley before 7-11 and the pasta place. We're about a two-minute walk from Frankie's.
